The Metabones Canon EF- Blackmagic BMPCC 4K T Speed Booster XL (0.64x) is designed to attach Canon EF lenses to a Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 4K camera with MFT mount. As such, the adapter's optics help maximise the apparent angle of view of the attached lens, providing 1.33 stops of magnification over the lens' aperture range.
